Return Eligibility

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all return or damage claims

Returns requested without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, contact us within 5 days of delivery via:

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review the case and take appropriate action if the claim is valid.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or bank account
